• The information provided on this website or within coaching sessions is NOT a substitute for professional advice or diagnosis such as from a medical doctor, psychiatrist or therapist/counselor.

Privacy Policy

• Personal and billing information will never be shared without your consent.

• All sessions are completely confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent unless as directed by law (i.e.: subpoena, conflict with the duty to protect, etc.). This includes the complimentary fit call.

Record Retention Policy

• Client may request sessions to be recorded and sent to them via email after the fact.

• Any and all worksheets or other supporting documents will be shared via email.

• All client records will be maintained digitally for a period of no less than 3 years after the termination of the coaching partnership.

Cancellation & Late Policy

• All coaching sessions must be rescheduled or canceled with 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $50.

• Clients can be up to 10 mins late for a coaching session. Beyond that we will have to reschedule.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of the services/products offered, there is a no refund policy.
